活動式反思（Active Reviewing Cycle）為由英國「羅貴榮」博士（Roger Greenaway）所創的引導技巧。

 

通常引導方式為靜態式、圍成圓形或桌型來進行，此種引導方式則為動態方式、且可結合道具甚至可多人同時互動與分享，因此對於「講師」或「引導者」來說可「強化氣氛營造」、「提升注意力」、「深化記憶」或「連結意義」的有效工具。

 

活動式反思分成數種運用類型有「描述程度」、「趣味應答」、「設定目標」、「情緒分享」、「建立團隊」、「自我探索」、「檢視經驗」、「溝通與問題解決」、「回饋與祝福」等，因此可在分享與引導時交錯運用以強化原本學習經驗、會議過程或活動體驗。若您熟悉此法將可運用於「團隊建立媒介」、「課程活化技巧」、「組織會議工具」、「讀書會帶領」、「學習彙整」、「行動計畫方向」等…

•    活動式反思的緣起與類型

•    體驗其中類型與應用（結合繩索、簡易道具、影片多元方式進行）

•    引導實務探討

 

關於引導者：陳曉明(Jack Chen)  

 

Jack投入組織訓練領域約十多年，曾擔任非營利組織高階主管或顧問多年，現任「行動力組織學習中心」專案經理、引導師及「中華組織發展協會」理事，並接受相關引導、體驗學習、溝通等專業認證課程。

 

他的專長領域為「企業文化塑造」、「組織學習」、「體驗訓練設計與引導」、「活動式反思」、「主管管理力、領導力訓練」、「工作教導（coaching）」、「顧客服務」等。

The “Active Reviewing Cycle” facilitation skill was created by Dr. Roger Greenway in UK.

 

Instead of motionless state or circle seated or on table discuss for the facilitation process, “Active Reviewing Cycle” is involved more movements, with more tools and even have more people to interact and share at the same time. Therefore, it is an effective tool for lecture or facilitator to create atmosphere, increase more attention, reinforce memories or connect the meanings.

 

There are several types for applying “Active Reviewing Cycle”, including describes the levels, funny Q&A, target setting, emotion sharing, team building, self exploring, experiences checking, communication and problem solving, feedback and blessing, etc. thus, you can apply it during sharing and facilitation to reinforce the learning experiences, meeting processes and activity experiences. You can very easy to apply this skill on team building medium, active class skill, organize meeting tool, lead reading group, summarized learning, direction of actions etc.

About Facilitators: Jack Chen  

 

Jack has more than 10 years in organization training area. He was the high level manager or consultant in NPO for many years. He is the project manager and facilitator of Mobility Center for Organizational Learning and the Director for Chinese Organizational Development Association, He also got facilitation related, Experiential Leaning, Communication certification courses. 

 

His professional area including Company Culture build up, organizational Learning, Experiential Training Design and Facilitation, Active Reviewing Cycle Facilitation, Management and Leadership for managers, Coaching, Customers services, etc.
